Unity has a 7 day exchange policy; please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you would like to make an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit all items must be unopened and in the original condition you received them. Clothing/Accessories must be unworn with the tags attached.

We may not be able to facilitate exchanges if the item is sold out, in that case we will issue a store credit.

You will be responsible for shipping or dropping the item(s) off to us in Langley, B.C. We do not cover the shipping costs.

All shipping/local delivery fees are non-refundable.

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can solve the issue.
